Introduction; Change.

How do you feel about change?
Take the time to answer the question.

4 months ago now, I started a spiritual mentoring program and the first questions were about change. How much do I want to change? Is change a burden for me?
But not at all! I love change! I am constantly looking for change! Isn't that one of the goals of life? To evolve, to transform, to become a better version of ourselves, in short, to change?
Well, guess what?
Today, my vision of change,
CHANGE!
haha what a concept!

Change for the sake of change is easy and even exciting! But changing to get out of vicious circles, limiting beliefs and old unhealthy habits is hard. Changing, to truly embody who we are at a higher level. Changing in order to face our fears, get out of our comfort zone, learn to trust. Facing our inner demons, changing our way of thinking, our inner dialogue, changing our way of interacting, reacting, changing our vision of the world. In short, all of this requires a lot of effort and courage to change.

I also realized that change can be extremely spontaneous, as it can be slowly cultivated. It can be imposed on us or we can implement it.

Either way, change is inevitable. We have the choice to move forward hand in hand with it, with a free mind and an open heart. Or we can resist and deny it, thus keeping ourselves in an existence of suffering and resistance.

Embrace or Resist?

What will be your choice?

For my part, I decided to take up the challenge of voluntary change.

To be continued...
